So last night we made airfare for Seattle for mid September. We called Matt's parents and Matt's mom and dad willingly offered to stay with Maddy so we could get away and see Seattle. Matt has to be there anyway because of a conference and he wanted me to come along. Airfare has been really high so we just kind of blew it off. Last night Matt found $350 total airfare so that's DEFINITELY not bad considering it's coast to coast. It's the right time to go since Matt's work will pick up his airfare, our hotel costs and Matt's food. So basically he stays free for the most part (we're extending our stay by a day). So all we have to pay for is my airfare and food.
I'm excited to be able to sleep through the night. Maddy was up twice last night and she has this knack of waking me up from dreaming state so I'm totally in lala-land wandering around.
