So Maddy and I were going to run to the grocery store today and then to the ATM. We get all ready, I have my purse, we walk out of the house and....oops. I left the keys in the house and the door is locked. *sigh*
Fortunately, it's a nice day. I call Matt on his cell three times--doesn't answer. I call his desk phone--no answer. So I let it go to the receptionist who tracks down Matt in a meeting. He says he probably can't leave for almost another hour to come let me in. Ok, it's a nice day, let's go to the park. Off we go. The I decide to just pick her up and carry her to Giant and go for a little walk. It's a little haul, but I can count it as my workout to and from. We make it almost to Giant when Matt calls and tells me he's almost here. He gets his haircut (same shopping center) while I do our last minute shopping and then we all ride home together. Of course, Giant doesn't have one thing i want so Maddy and I head straight back out to go to Bloom for it. I'm glad he came when he did though, since I have blisters on my little toes from the sandals I was wearing. Ah well, at least the errand was ran.
