I love fall for all the wonderful pumpkin flavors. Trader Joes just got their pumpkin butter back in stock. I bought THREE jars of the stuff. I love it. I also bought a pumpkin beer as well that is also new to Trader Joes and it's one of the best yet. I don't like Octoberfest beers much because they have some spice but are still basically just beer. But I do like pumpkin beer.
I also made apple crisp today along with two chicken lasagnas (one for my neighbor who just brought home their newborn today).

I saw the pumpkin butter today at TJs and I was thinking about getting it for John, but I wasn't sure. I don't particularly care for pumpkin, but he loves pumpkin pie, so I bet he would love the butter. How do you use it - on toast?

I put it on everything I possibly can--bread, muffins (spice muffins especially), bagels, etc. I also like to put it on pancakes and waffles.
