Spare Change

For the last three years plus Matt and I have always thrown our change into a freezer bag. Well, it's really full and instead of just letting it sit around the house we wanted to deposit it in the bank. So I went to the bank today and they 'don't do' loose change. WHAT?! No, you see, I'd have to roll it all myself. Ladies and gentlemen, I do NOT plan on rolling all my loose change.

So then the question was, what do we do with it? Yes there is coinstar but that takes a percentage of our change. Well, I would hate to do that. But then Matt found that we can get an ecertificate to various etailers through cointstar and then coinstar doesn't take any percentage out. They have an amazon.com one and, you know? We can always find things to buy at Amazon. So, tonight I'm off to get an ecertificate for the loose change we have.

I worked out at 7 this morning since Matt and I were up late again last night. I went out for coffee (although I had herbal tea) at Wegmans. I was able to get through two magazines before I finished my tea. I cut out my name and left them there. I'd rather other people get use out of them as well. After tea I went grocery shopping. I walked out having spent $119!! SHEESH! But, most of it was specialty stuff that I don't normally buy--breadmixes for myself and Matt's parents, prune juice cans for Maddy, Wegmans Brand marinade sauces, salad dressing, two twelve packs of beer for Matt that I only find at Wegmans, and yes, a mini peanut butter pie, too.

Alright, I think I'm going to nap while I can! Matt won't be home until later tonight since he has a happy hour afterwork. So I better take my break while I can get it!

Tea of the day: Twinnings Black Currant Black Tea and Twinnings Herbal Lemon Ginger
WO of the day: 30 minutes elliptical
