Mom is here! She got in about 10 minutes late from her flight. Definitely nothing to complain about. For some reason (bad accident on a freeway near us) the freeway I was taking was ALL backed up. So it took me a while to get to the airport. But Maddy slept most of the way and we did get there. Grandma sat in back with her on the way home and the trip home was less eventful.
Maddy and mom hit it off right away again. They both had a great time. We went to the park. They snuggled while they watched TV. All is well.
We have a lot coming up with week, which is just crazy. We meet with both pastors in the next week (departing and accepting). I have a friend driving from Georgia to Pennsylvania who'd like to get together (and I'd like to meet her, too) and we have tile people coming Monday through Wednesday. Sheesh!!!
Ok, well, it's late. So I need to head off to bed. Have a great night!
