Just a few that I've been noticing lately.
Now, instead of saying "This." She says, "What's this?" as she points to something.
She loves Wegmans Triple Spice French Dressing. I try to give her veggies to dip in it, but she just sucks the dressing off the veggies instead.
She really does not like fruit in natural form (she'll still eat fruit in babyfood). She does like veggies though, so that's good at least.
Maddy understands more and more every day. Tonight, I told her it was time for her bath and she ran to the upstairs gate and pointed to her room. If I ask her about milk, cookies, crackers, if she's hungry, if she wants cheese, if she wants water or yogurt she knows right where to go for all of them without missing a beat.
She bumped her head while she slept last night (and today too) but when I got her up this morning I saw the red mark on her forehead and I said, "Did you bump your head?" And she reaches up and puts her hand to her head and gives me a frown.
She loves to feed ME. If she finishes with food and her spoon, she'll use her spoon to feed me instead.
She's a great helper with her coat, hat, and clothes. She really helps take them on and off really well.
She notices if something is different in the house: doors are open, cabinets are open, things need to be put away. She loves to take on and off lids now and matches different lids to their appropriate items.
She yells at the cats if they are where they aren't supposed to be. She shakes her finger, frowns and says, "Go, go, go!"
She loves to play outside. I've been trying to get out with her for even 10 minutes every day and she just loves it.
She hates coming in (or stopping anything she likes to do) and literally flails her body all over in my arms. So here come the temper tantrums!
I guess that's it for right now!
Good night!
