Maddy still fussed a bit after we put her in bed, but not too much. We never went back up partly because we knew we shouldn't but also because she didn't seem to need it either. I slept all night, too!!! So that was fabulous.
Yesterday I made fruit and nut bars. I must say, they are fabulous and REALLY easy to make!!! Matt's mom gave me a jar of None Such Classic Original Pie Filling with apples and raisins a while ago and I found it while cleaning out the pantry. So I decided to use it. Well, I bought two frozen pie crusts but then realized I would need one to put on top. So I looked at the side of the jar and it gave a recipe for these bars. I had everything I needed so I made them. They are delicious!!! I even made them while Maddy was around, so they are really easy too. These will definitely be part of my Christmas cookies for next year.
I spiked our dinner last night, too. I had Whole Food's pasta sauce and threw in some spinach, okra, mushrooms, zucchini and chicken breasts. That also turned out great. We're having the left overs for dinner tonight.
I also have Bunco night tonight. That should be fun. It will be nice to get out. Maddy has been very low maintenance today, but very clingy. She's been sucking her thumb a lot so it's either the teeth or the lip. Poor thing, I hate it when she doesn't feel good.
Well, I'm going to go quick finish the other half of my pilates video. I didn't feel like doing the elliptical during her first nap, so I started pilates but wasn't able to finish. I'm going to download a quick picture to Maddy's gallery then I'm off to finish it. Hopefully, I won't get too sweaty since I already showered!
