Not a bad day here. Not a whole lot new to say, really. Maddy woke up late again today, 9:45! I need to get her back on her earlier schedule. It's better for her and I in the long run. Although it is pretty nice to have two cups of tea while I read the news.

Maddy has been snuggly again today. But yesterday she bit her lip pretty bad. Matt didn't even see her do it. I took the trash out and she started to bawl. So he brought her after me thinking that she missed me. Well, no, she bit her lip. It looks really sore. Poor kid, it's all fat and scabbed. It's not like she even bumped it. OUCH! So I wouldn't be surprised if she was snuggly because of the lip.
I made Maddy a smoothie this morning and she FREAKED over the blender. But she did enjoy her smoothie. I don't know the next time I'm going to make her one though, since it scared the heck out of her.
I did ask my mom's groups about shoe recommendations for Maddy once she's up and walking outside. Really, most doctors recommend having kids walk barefoot as much as possible. But because Maddy's feet get so cold, I put her in the Target Robeez. But come spring, she's going to need more weather-proof shoes. I'll see what everyone has to say.
I've had a really peaceful day. I took a few pictures, uploaded pictures/video to the gallery, worked out/showered, watched a couple of shows while Maddy snuggled in my lap. I did get a few things done too though, so I don't feel completely guilty for just sitting around doing nothing.
